Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Its true, look at Facebook, gamespot, youtube, MGSforums. All those places have what you would call Kojima yes men.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

And that's fine, too :). But, I do find it annoying when people constantly feel the need to cast aside sincere reactions from dedicated fans simply as "hate". There's a lot more to it than that. Kojima has been doing odd-ball stuff for years, and he only seems to be getting worse. Some of us are just very frustrated, to see what's been happening to this series.

Note that I try not to use the word "hate"

And I get all that, personally, I hate let my emotions cover my sight, I mean when I heard Hayter was out of this game I was angry, really angry even if I didn't say anything here... but then I tired to think about it and I realised a change like that may not be as bad as I thought.

I dunno if that sounds dumb.. but this conversaton started just because I don't criticize stuff the same way as you do, and in my opinion that is a good thing

There was a certain member that constantly attacked me because I was one of the first that made it known I didn't like what I seen in the game, and this is long before what was known about Kief playing it.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

I've lost all love for it. I've been just going with the flow since MGS4.

Yeah, it's pretty much the same with me. I loved this series so much until I played Peace Walker. MGS 2 did deserve a conclusion, but Kojima tried to explain way too much in MGS 4 - and in ludicrous ways that involved nanomachines. I don't think I need to say more :lol.

Well, attacking someone just because he has a different opinion is just beyong stupid, those people turn this places into internet garbage. Just imagine if I was like that we would already have 30+ of fights, arguments and weird gifs :lol

I just found out Konami's Facebook page blocked me :lol!!!!

LOL

:lol

I kept reporting him, and it was never acknowledged :yess:

Whaa? They can do that? Why, did you kept bugging them about Hayter? :lol

I've never been to the MGS Facebook site since 2011 when I quit FB alltogether. As far as I'm aware it's just a promotional site.

I really wished Kojima would tweet to us like David does occasionally. It can be done, despite language barriers. You can tweet to Hideki Kamiya anything. Seriously, the dude will reply anything, or just tell you to ****** off. :lol

Like I said, that's totally fine :). But, there's no need to constantly bring it up.

That's one man that made arguably the best sequel to a game ever.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

That's why I don't go to those places. I keep getting cursed out on Facebook. And on YouTube, I simply asked "Do you guys believe that Quiet is Sniper Wolf", and got death threats from some English and Russian kids.

In all honestly. mgs forums and gamespot are not like that. I never wrote on youtube or Facebook or anything.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

The Yes Men are the exact reason why Kojima is allowed to do as he pleases, since they accept all the dramatic changes he wants to do.

And the No Men are the reason he makes decisions like making Big Boss and Solid the same.
