Have you seen the Kotaku interview with him? I mean I don't blame the guy, I'd be livid if a company was making money off of me and I don't make a dime, but the Kotaku interview he came off as really money hungry and greedy.

He's also a creepy guy, the picture with him and the amputated head is going to give me nightmares for a long time

Well, that was an amusing read. I'm guessing that Konami will probably have to pay him something, to have the situation blow over.

He does some creepy work, indeed, from that picture. But, at the end of the day, I guess someone's gotta do it .

After watching some newer stuff, it's starting to look like a hoax that he's in on, I don't know what to think anymore, I probably won't give this anymore attention, I'm just waiting for the game now.

This didn't feel like the final metal gear until all of this started to happen, it's a bit depressing but I bet the game will be great. I'll probably get the day one and the CE edition

In case anyone doesn't get the reference, I stumbled upon Ray's Twitter the other day, I nearly fell off my chair reading "Kojima-son". Oh Ray.

BREAKING NEWS: Kojima in CRITICAL CONDITION, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has been officially CANCELLED!!

Just what the actual ****....

Things keep going from bad to worse for MGS director, Hidea Kajima. At noon on today, Kajima was struck by a freak lightning accident while reportedly taking a walk outside of Konami headquarters on his lunch break. Reports indicate that Mr. Kajima remains in critical, yet stable condition at St. Luke's International Hospital in Tokyo.

As a double whammy, Konami held a press conference shortly after and wasted no time to announce that the highly anticipated game, Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain is officially cancelled as of today. When asked about the condition of Mr. Kajima, Tomohiro Uesugi - the President of Konami Digital Entertainment, replied, "Kuwabara, Kuwabara".

The KojiPro staff have since staged a mass walk-out and is planning to take legal action against Konami.

Wait, this a joke? As I've said multiple times, MGS V my most anticipated media release and possibly the only media release I was looking forward to this year until I saw the Star Wars trailer. However, I was so much sadder to read that Kojima was in critical condition. Celebrity deaths really don't hit me too hard, but his death would. I was looking online trying to find out more information, but I couldn't find anything so I logged in here. Then I clicked the link...... I was actually praying just before I turned on my computer because I was so worried about him being hurt. I guess you got me.

Well, your post and Solidus' "thoughts and prayers" was what completely turned me around to believing it was real, and then I thought Solidus was just trying to give some levity. I ignored FSLAR's post because unless he writes "honestly" at least 10 times a day, I'm convinced he's being impersonated. I'm just kidding FSLAR!

I just noticed that it said "Kajima" in the "news" post. And I thought spell-check was messing you guys up! Geez louise. I need sleep!
