It also says "New Toys" not Hot Toys. Very tricky wording there and using Hot Toys pictures is against Ebay policy if it's not that same product.

The people who bought those can also be dummy accounts to add credibility to the listing. It's the same principle behind scammers selling fake goods in a stall on the street use. They usually have fake buyers around their stall to entice other people into buying.

I think those 8 that bought it were thinking, " hmmm, if its fake, I can always get my money back from ebay\paypal." For me, not sure its worth the hassle and also, look at the estimate delivery date.

It's still very new, but judging from the previous Diecast releases I don't think it would.

also im going to sell my exclusive version... because... the 1/4 scale mark 43(i think) is out soon. i'll just settle with that.

Nope. No rubber/silicon pants this time, it's all plastic with movable parts.

I have only been on eBay since november 2013 and I have already been scammed twice by chinese sellers... got my money back though thanks to the buyers protection.
