So you said "correct" pants?
I'm confused, I thought people were simply bleaching the pants that came with it and the correct orange shows through?

Is there an aftermarket set of pants that are more accurate? If so where can you get them?

You have been here long enough to know better!!!

(I just love this smilie)

Tomorrow. I end up with really crappy pics at night.

Well I was one of the first to try getting them orange so I didn't bleach them. I ended up using color remover and then dying orange. But it got the same basic results. I am tempted to get another set of pants and try the bleaching method though.

I like to keep things original that I get with the figure though so that is why I'd need an extra. A little OCD sure, but, I suppose it would also help resell value, although I don't ever plan on selling :lol

Well, here are some pics. I swear I have the world's worst flash because the pants are not the yellowish. Although it does make me think more and more I just need to go the bleaching route with another pair of pants.

I think that strut he has after he's first kicked the crap out of Tony is a great shot so that is what was aiming for, but there isn't a lot of room in a detolf for that. Even by himself! :lol

And here is the toothpick I made for him:

I highly suggest that you do. He is quite an exquisite figure. One of HT best. so Do it! DO IT NOW!

arggg Im so broke at the moment but will definately try to sell something to get this guy before he's gone for good.

Yeah, he's great. I'm actually tempted to pick up a second and third to make a casual Whiplash and Tool from the Expendables. I just don't know if I would be able to get rid of the chest rig and whips and recoup some of that cost.

I'd say just buy the body head and hands (maybe boots) separately.

I'm totally gonna work on a casual whiplash. cause I think I found some glasses that will do nicely. Now I just need to find his "Burd"

What glasses did you find? If I can find those and the head/body for a good price, I'll likely make a casual Ivan. I just wish there was a good burd and a good Hammer head out there to bash Justin as well. I mean we had to bash Obi ourselves and Hammer might be the same way.

I just took a 1:1 toothpick and dremeled down one end and used that. Fairly easy. I did lose the first few attemps though. Just too small to find again in the carpet :lol

Dremel :horror :) that's a lot of tool for such a small object.
I just took a toothpick and my pocketknife and started trimming one of it down until the thickness is about right and then cut it off for length.

Pocket knife took too long. Dremel was faster. Too fast at first :lol

It took a few trial runs before I was better able to judge the speed of it against the wood. I've really only used it to drill out heads and that takes a while so it ate through the wood like a hot knife through butter. Needless to say the first toothpick was quickly sacrificed :lol

But I eventually got the hang of it, and I think I got it to an aprox 1:6 length and width. Its probably a little too thick for a real 1:6 toothpick but then you wouldn't be able to see it, or let alone make one. So I'm very happy with the results.

They actually weren't very good at all. I just remember searching for 1/6 glasses a little while back and putting a few in my watch list...turns out I went to look at em yesterday and found they are all terrible. :lol

these were near the top

Those aren't too bad actually.

He did wear goofy glasses and sunglasses:

That is actually the look I'm aiming for, but perhaps with normal glasses instead of sunglasses. I'm actually just having a hard time finding a blue hoodie with a zipper :slap
