I loved Yellowjacket, he is one of my favorite Marvel villains as well. Great ferocity, awesome costume design, and he had a pretty epic and cinematic

He had pesence. It surprised me because we didn't get many great and memorable villains lately except for the Winter Soldier

Villains are probably one of the major issues with the MCU. They just suck.

I think it's mainly cause Marvel is trying to make hero stories more than making a good villain most of the time.

All great movies have great villains...Marvel are dropping the ball here big time.
All there movies ........Iron Monger was good
Loki is excellent.
Red skull was poor.
Whiplash was under used.
The Chatari were poor.
The guy from Thor TDW was crap.
Winter Soldier was excellent .
Ultron was poor which was very disappointing.
Yellow Jacket was good.
Marvel need to get some bad ass villans and not kill them all off.

Marvel has been hit or miss with villains. I feel like the villain needs to be and act like a villain from the get-go. Cross just seemed like a normal guy and then got crazier and crazier as the movie progressed, where as red skull, winter soldier, you knew were bad from the beginning. I felt his time as a villain was extremely short lived.

Whiplash was under used.
The Chatari were poor.
The guy from Thor TDW was crap.
Winter Soldier was excellent .
Ultron was poor which was very disappointing.
Yellow Jacket was good.
Marvel need to get some bad ass villans and not kill them all off.

Iron Monger - Excellent, Stain was very menacing and the final battle was decent with a lot of action
Loki - The best MCU Villain so far, truly the god of mischief and very well played by TH
Whiplash - Vanko was really good, and cunning but the Whiplash final fight was short and the messed up with that
Red Skull - Almost as good as Loki for me, seemed to be a decent challenge for Cap in a fight but his support was crap
Chitauri - Avenger Cannon fodder but I liked how they looked, essentially the droids from EP1
Malaketh - Underused, underwhelming, bland, underdeveloped character with almost no presence at all
Winter Soldier - Great Villain, decent backstory, good tie in and a great challenge for the hero, physically and emotionally
Ultron- Menacing at times, but overall poor, he wasnt powerful enough and didnt use any real strategy
Yellow Jacket - Well played out Villain imo, very intimidating and troublesome and Cross was developed and played well
