ANYWAYS. If a movie is at 97% and another is at 70%. The general consensus is that the 97% movie is better. Maybe I didn't think so, but that's how that works.

Between the two, I'd go Mk 46.

As cool as the 45 looks, I like the seemingly deeper red on the 46.

Of course... it's a forgone conclusion that Civil War will absolutely pants Ragnarok because TWS is most people's favourite MCU movie, and TDW is their least favourite..

(Sadly, that will probably be not far off the mark, but I live in hope of a top notch Thor movie... )

You could always look at it from the perspective too that if you say TWS is considered to be the best MCU film, that means CW has big shoes to fill and it could possibly underwhelm for you by not living up to the expectations that TWS left, while if TDW is considered being as "bad" as it gets in the MCU, there's generally nowhere to go but up.

AoU fell into the same trap, being that it's widely considered A1 was that good. I think many people were essentially expecting another A1 and therefore, had high expectations for AoU. Expectations I personally don't feel it was ever going to live up to.

I personally don't judge a film though until I see it for myself and I take it for what it's intended to be; not what I want it to be. I think one could possibly ruin a film for themselves if they already have this preconceived notion that they fabricated in their mind on what they wanted a particular film to be like. I form my own opinion based on what I saw and I don't let the opinions of others determine what I think of a film because their opinions are no more valid than mine, and vice versa.

It also looks like they re-engineered the knee joints. They look more complex and detailed than the proto pics.

I liked it less than A1, but didn't dislike it like so many do. It achieved many of the things it set out to do. It expanded the team further and set up the stage to move towards Phase 3..

At first I liked A1 better... but after multiple viewings (it's on a cable channel where I am the entire week more or less) I have begun to hold it at around A1's level.

Ultron may come out annoying when you first see him, but he is so nuanced. And when you look at the film with the rest of the MCU in mind, you can actually get a bit more appreciation where all the characters are coming from.

The Hawkeye and BW/Hulk thing is still something I think can be left out though. However, without the BW+Hulk romance, you can't have that hide the Zucchini jab which was one of the best quips in this movie.

Yes. Ultron turns things up a notch. One of my favorite scenes is the party where all the heroes are gathered hanging out and getting **** faced!!! LOL Always wanted to see a party like that in a movie.

I don't bother ranking them as I ❤ all of the MCU. There are some I watch less than others, but that doesn't take away from any movie.

I keep looking at the 45 and 46. Back and forth trying to figure out which one I like more.

46 looks better but can't pass up on 45. 46 won't be here for another year.

That's hilarious! I'm only getting one. Only have room for one Iron-Man in my collection. Decisions decisions!

If I get both I can only send my favorite child to college.
