But the boots, the gear, the... tubes. There's a lot to source. Too much. Even the rifle. If it was just the sculpt and a simple outfit it would have been done already.

But I think there's lots of Two-Tubes fans out there, so maybe one day...

Definitely hard to source. Hoping some talented seamstress/seamster, sculptor and scratch builder could pull it off. If so he’d cost as much as Jabba + Shipping $$$ Hopefully HT or SSC takes him on

A pity they went with the sculpted plastic hat. It looks good but Sideshow's cloth one (Praji) from years ago was okay - much better than the awful sculpted plastic one - would have been nice to see what HT state-of-the-art could come up with for that.

I wonder if they tried and scrapped it? Seems like that hat would be tough to pull off with fabric. I'm just thrilled we are getting both looks. I figured the rain gear was about 50-50 when this was announced.

It's harder to get fabric to look good and it will always have to be designed a little bigger than it should be. Sculpted means it looks right, is durable so it won't fall apart and it is easier to manufacture

His pants are supposed to be like that, a little bit more pointy though on each side but yeah they’re supposed be poof out like that

Since his hair will be removable they need to give him movable eyes and a better neck joint so we can do this pose.

Totally. Those crossed arms look terrible. I know that was a scene in the film but (like I mentioned earlier) he looks like Virgil from Thunderbirds.

But in the hands of us professionals he'll be fine. Not really too concerned.

I wonder if the figure is already made...
Those don't look like lovingly posed proto images. But rushed pics of an actual item. They rarely, if ever, show proto images where you can see wrist pegs, or with clothing so badly futzed.
Also, it's rare to see the proper cutlines on a headsculpt that has swap out hair(On proto images).
I have a hunch that this might turn out to be like that IM2 Tony stark that was put up for PO when the figures were already on the boat to Sideshow.
The day after the PO went up, it was released at Secret Base.
Of course, i could be wrong.

You can change your settings to have 40 posts per page, instead of the default 10. It makes the pages a bit bigger, but seems to make the thread smaller(And easier to navigate).
