Hey guys, something werid happened today and I posted it in the milk warmachine thread but I thought I would post here to get more opinions. I ordered the milk war machine and it was due tommorrow but when I came home from work my package was there waiting for me
then I opened it and it was the mark 5.......wtf not my war machine
but then I got to thinking maybe I should keep it and get a little refund for the differants. I dont have a war machine or the mark 5, what would you guys do?

Thats really odd, but to answer your question its really which ever you like the most. Personally I don't like the color scheme of the MILK War Machine figure. The Mark V is probably the most unique armor other than Mark I.

I was just about too, I watched a few youtube reviews on the mark V and was like maybe I'll open it and check it out, then I noticed that the box was re-taped
that can't be a good sign. Gunna send it back cause this may have been returned before this is really annoying now, i'm gunna have to wait for the seller to respond, send it back and wait for the war machine. That process could take a week or two

Yeah its annoying to say the least, I would have kept it but seeing as though the box looks to have been retaped i did'nt want to open it and have a defective product. Anyway I got an e-mail back yesterday stateing that they could email me a return shipping label and as soon as they got it back they would send out my warmachine, but I asked for them to send my warmachine right way with the return label in the box cause my printer is acting up. I am still awaiting a response to my request, but I don't see why I should have to wait so long as its there mistake and I was'nt offered any thing for my troble except a longer wait and a trip to ups

War Machine all the way. The Mark V with battle damage options is nice, but it doesn't beat WM.

war machine will look way more impressive in the display cabinet.Yeah not into getting defective stuff, and if I had opened it and tried to return it i'm sure it would become more complicated. I received a call from the seller today asking me to just send it back ups and they would refund the cost of shipping it back... I was like no way, just send out my war machine and put the return shipping label in the box, she agreed
I did'nt see why I should be inconvinaced with paying to ship it back than waiting for them to recevie it then waiting for mine to arrive then waiting for a refund...it was there f___up to begin with.

I am brand new to the hobby and a huge Iron Man fan. I just received my first piece, the Mark II AU and love it! I do intend to collect each of the suits over time. I have preordered the Mark I v2 and the Mark IV with the gantry. This Mark V is the only one I'm torn on right now.
You guys have been doing this for a lot longer than I so I wanted to ask for an opinion: Should I buy this Mark V or wait and see if there is a v2. Maybe with a Tony Stark head and better battle damage? I just don't want to miss out on the Mark V altogether and have to spend $350+ to get one. As near as I can tell, I am already going to have to do that to get the Mark III BD.

I think the MK V is fantastic and well worth owning. It would have been better had the silver parts been more like the MK II AU but it still looks good imho.

It's hard to see in the promo pics, but I can see from those above, what the discussion has been on the coloring. I agree it would be better (and more accurate) as more of a chrome than a grey. Yet another reason I have considered waiting. I suppose I could just get this one and sell if a better version were to come out...

I recommend the Whiplash figure. Goes great with the Mk.V on your shelf.
