Can you maybe call it "pomade" because that's what it is? "Afro wax" is more than a little bit racist, IMO. Mind you I'm not saying any racism was intended of course.

Afro wax is a product type. It's heavy duty wax for Afro hair. Normal waxes or pomades won't work on afro hair.
There is nothing racist about it. They sell it in the shops.
It's actually pretty racist of you to suggest it's racist.

I wonder if it's from the packaging? As Davejames suggests, a little water and toothpick might help. It looks like it was set into the hair though, might be tricky to get the little "bump" out completely. The hair seems to be soaked impregnated in some kind of heavy duty hairspray. Looks like something pressed against the fur as it was setting.

Like the HT Stormtrooper, I suggest getting this figure asap before its too late!

Hes all factory BUT the pic was taken in a brightly lit room. (and Afro wax applied)
