I just got mine in and he's definitely the dark variety. Dunno why HT is so keen on everything being extra dark. Do they have too many bright lights in their studio? I'm not really noticing any heavy glue, so that's a plus

And now I've reached a new personal low...combing my doll...

Got this set a few weeks back. Loving it. HT did a tremendous job with Chewie and they are the centerpiece of my Star Wars collection at the moment.

Guys quick question! I missed out on the Han Solo exclusive! - So the bbts Han Solo and Chewbecca set - If I am not mistaken has the Han Solo exclusive item as well as the Chewbecca exclusive item correct? Or am I misreading that?

2 pack has the Han Solo exclusive item (stormtrooper belt). There wasn't an exclusive Chewie. 2 pack does have a rifle neither single pack had.

Yup, as Momaw said, two pack has everything you could get and more (rifle). Haven't put the stormie belt on Han but Chewie looks great with the rifle.

My local seller has confirmed that I should have my Set before the new movie hits cinemas. This feels like the longest wait ever. Considering it will 15 months from the time I ordered to the time I get it, it probably is the longest wait I've had.

if you are looking to pick up... it might be worth looking at popcultcha. they have the set for $452. plus if you create your acct and do a little research you get pennies (reward points) and then apply them to your order... you could save a few bucks more. shipping quote is $32 to US. so total is $484 shipped w/o applying any pennies. then i also think you'll gain 1400-1500 pennies from the order... which 1500 pennies gives you like $35 off your future orders... so its great for future purchases if you plan on picking things up. worth a look anyways!

Is the crescent shaped forehead dent common in this figure? It's all I see when I look at him so I put in a request for a replacement sculpt.

Not the best pic of it but it's a curved indention that runs the width of the forehead. I got the hair futzed now so that it's not as visible.
