'The man himself' was prown to exaggeration we have friends who met him, many times and his height is quoted at as low as 6'5 to up to 6'8. There is a black n white photo somewhere of the main cast characters out of costume and Mr Prowse doesn't seem that much taller then Mr Ford

Not sure why the debate about Vader's height continues. That picture with Fett shows you perfectly how tall he is. Half a head taller than a 6 foot character is a very good way to keep it in mind.

Stop trying to justify your way-too-tall Vader dolls. They're wrong.

Well I'm guessing it's starting a bit higher than that, since with the helmet and shoes Bulloch was probably more like 6'3". But yeah, regardless, 7 feet for Vader is still way too tall. :)

I just see vader at about half a head taller than most of the other six foot characters. I love this pic with fett View attachment 170629
Damn I love this photo. Great shot of both Vader and Fett (no 1:6 version yet has managed to get that pinched part of his helmet right, so far as I've seen). Plus IG-88 in the background. Amazing.

Does anyone know how the sound and light features are going to work? I was wondering if they might make it a remote control like the armoury lights.

Not sure they would go that route with a figure. I don't know what option they chose with Iron Man but i guess they'd keep the same recipe.

HT is effing lazy w/lights, I wouldn't expect that for Vader. Pretty sure even Hulkbuster will end-up having 16 battery compartments and hidden switches, even though if there ever was a figure to direct wire to an outlet it would be that one. I love lights on figures but HT and SSC both make them very user unfriendly.

Well on the Medicom figure you pushed a button under the back of the cape for sound.
