Looks like it's sitting a bit lower than what we saw at SDCC, but the shape of the dome overall doesn't look that different. Wondering if they'll be on time with this one.

I think it looks exactly the same. Only difference is the light angle, because in the old photo the flash light was in front of Vader's face.

So glad someone posted a production pic of Vader's helmet, I've pre-ordered this and was worried that I'd end up with a donkey on my shelf! Although it's not 100% accurate to the screen ANH Vader I'm still pleased with the result. I won't be selling him on (Box KILLAH!!) So I can mod his cape etc to get him looking how I want him (If need be.) I'm stoked so bring on September!

Paint apps look more movie accurate on the mask with black around the eye lens and left tusk is darkened up. But that dome looks the same,really thought they'd tweak that.

Helmet needs to be slid forward about 1/8 of an inch.

Still has the nose insert! Great looking generic Vader, unfortunately not specific to Episode 4.

Nope, that's NOT Darth Vader from ANH. That helmet better be a separate piece.

That helmet is the same no change. The brow area is still not overlapping the eyelids and the top of the dome is still too short.

Helmet needs to be slid forward about 1/8 of an inch.

Will be the number one mod that people do. Same way people modded the Sideshow dome to be lower.

Looks great. Feel sorry for you guys if you can't enjoy this figure. Have fun waiting for HT ANH V2 (10 years?). Or maybe put your money where your mouths are and buy a Hurricaine. There are options if anyone's that serious about it.
