I think I've seen enough now to say that HT Vader is on my list.
It'll be a massive upgrade from Medicom ROTJ Vader that I currently have.
On a side note, that Falcon looks like an upscaled toy. It lacks so much detail.

Yeah, not sure what's happened. This was supposed to be another SSC-style 14" tall Vader but that looks about right.
Even if they fixed the body height-wise, the parts should look overscale but they look right.

Regardless of all the criticism, i bet many myself included have had this on PO since day one.
ANH Vader is my favorite of all the big screen costumes of the character. I had hoped for a definitive 1:6 figure from Hot Toys, we can only wait & see...

Don't have it on PO yet, but will probably cave in the end. These new pictures look better than before IMO. Will wait for in -hand pics. It will be released around christmas here if the release date is correct so I will probably treat myself to it.
Nope. If it's not good enough, it's not good enough.
I'm not 100% accuracy freak, but I do demand a certain level of accuracy.

Nice, but not nice enough. Will wait for other HT Vaders. The way things are going with HT and SW now we should get a new one in less than a year LOL.

The sideshow listing says this figure is 13.75" same as the deluxe vader which puts it at 6'10.5" give or take. Vader is officially 6' 8". The photo looks better but why is HT toys not ensuring a 13.333" vader ?

SSC's vader is deeply off height wise. New one is better, but my God that ANH one, while very nice looking with Hasbro dome mod, is sure super tall.....

The Vader shown in that HT pic with the stormie is not about 14" tall (stormie comes up to approx Vader's tusks.) That Vader looks about right height-wise. This si the confusion - the specs say nearly 14" but the figure as shown in the dio is not that tall.
