I did that but I can't seem to get it to poke out of the material -- I think it keeps bending. I'll keep at it if there's no trick.

Nice Pic, Rogers....and bummer on the lost Vader....
I just opened up my Darth Vader yesterday and noticed the LED in the lightsaber was staying on even when the switch was in the off position. It's a much dimmer light compared to when it's actually switched on, and the only way to turn the light off is to take the batteries completely out of the arm. Has anyone else had this problem?
That thing was a total ***** to get out. The problem is that it's curved on the lower end. Mine eventually worked its way out of the side and not the bottom. Luckily, it didn't leave any noticeable hole
To lower it, right? I'd like to see how that looks.
