Maybe his right sleeve is looser to accommodate the saber arm switching? It has the Velcro obviously.

it's actually the left sleeve that's quite looser. maybe it's because of all the bending. :/

That's the nice thing about this figure. It looks great, mods or not. Same with how you chose the way his outfit is arranged.

With regards to the looser sleeve issue, haven't noticed anything on mine.

How are you guys getting the belt boxes so close to the buckle? The Velcro on mine makes the belt too thick to accommodate the clips on the backs of the boxes - I tried to force it and it looked like the belt was starting to tear at the edge where it was getting pinched. That was after tearing the belt for real trying to unbuckle it, because I couldn't see how the clasp worked. So I'm a bit squeamish about working with it, seems very flimsy.

What you do is just slide it gently and slowly. Just give it a light wiggle so the hook goes over the lumps.

People have also slightly bent the hooks on the boxes so that way they fit over the Velcro and then clamped them back down. Or they have just ripped the Velcro entirely off of the belt.

I just shimmied the boxes over the Velcro and it worked just fine!!

lol, yup. I destroyed my first belt trying to move the boxes over, but slow and steady is the way. Glad you got it
