I'm thinking of having two Vaders also (I also need two 3PO's ) but this is going to get $$$... the SSC is ESB and HT is SW but the HT seems more halfway between SW and ESB/ROTJ.

You can get the Deluxe SSC one very cheap right now, probably due to the HT announcement, I'm actually ditching my second because (and heres where it gets weird) one is displayed with my HT Luke and although I love the new SSC Vader, in my imagination I have to have him now posed with an HT Vader, I can't help it, it doesn't matter if I hated this HT Vader its just how my mind works, I knew this was going to happen the second they "previewed" him.

Theres not alot of figures I feel I need multiples of, but Vader is one that I don't mind, not long ago, I had zero, and after getting him on the shelf, I knew I was in error for that whole time.

This would mean they're already developing ROTS Vader as this is the one that would come with the surgery table.
You can tell it by the promo pic used for reference and the "Episode III: Revemnge of the Sith" title on the sheet.
Good to know about the lights, btw.

So, 2 Vaders and light up sabers? Or just one huge Vader set-up? Table, torture droid, etc?

I also find it funny that they're going the light up sabre route when Howard said that they didn't do it for Luke, because current technology made it look cheap, was their new inventions in the last couple years?

Anyways, glad to see them planning for a major pack out, getting ready to bend over for the price, though.

Not sure if I'll upgrade to HT Vader, let's see how much of an 'upgrade' it'll be first.

That video has really up'd the drool flow. I can see some of the flaws that people have pointed out. Mostly the height of the dome in comparison to the eyes. But all in all I think this one is gonna be great when all is said and done. Glad I passed on the SS Vader.

Thats Sideshow ANH Vader, you can tell by the sculpted gloves and mask and helmet.

ha. neet. knew we would see ROTS vader before too long. Wondering what they did to make the light up saber not look terrible, or if they are simply caving to peer pressure.

THAT, or it's a " We WANT to do this" and it ends up not making into the final figure.

so is it a two-pack with both vaders, or one "super vader " set with loads of accessories? `
