Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

About the fork: if you alert the enemies, you can hide in one of the trenches and stab their feet until they die :lol. I'm pretty sure I took out that entire base with just the fork, on my first try.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

The fork is the ultimate weapon of Big Boss's arsenal. You can even use it to kill rats. Unlimited food, and limitless stabbing power. When used correctly in the underground trenches, Big Boss has achieved Godhood.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

When they say "Realistic passage of time" does it mean that the time in the game depends on my time zone? let's say i'm playing at 9PM where i live, meaning it'll be 9PM in game at night?

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

I think it means 24 hour time always, I'm guessing it will be synced to your own console.

I don't like that, I like to choose the time I play my missions, for instance, I'll never be able to play in the morning since I go to school.

"Realistic passage of time!"
*Big Boss smokes one cigar for 24 hours in the trailer*

ZOMG... the realism!

I guess my voice would change to Keifers' too if I smoked cigars for 24 hours straight.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

After about a year or so not touching it, I tried Peace Walker last night and the online community is surprisingly still active. I could even host story missions with ease. I tried the deathmatch missions and was dead in no time when going up against Japanese gamers. Good lord, they could land a headshot on me in milliseconds!

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Why why did he do it.
I wonder if hayter pissed him off in some way.

I doubt it. Hayter comes of as one easy going guy. Kojima has a God complex. He went for star appeal and more $$$. I doubt Konami has as much say with MGS as I used to think because of all the bad creative direction recently. I think this is all on Kojima.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

People should start cosplaying as David Hayter at one of the Metal Gear events. Or, wear David Hayter t-shirts, or something. That will send a message...

..and get kicked out similar to how Kojima blocks any tweets asking him about Hayter?

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

He ****ing does that? That ****ing arrogant mother ****er.

I honestly hope not, but you might notice a sudden absence of the word "David" or"Hayter" in all the replies in his Twitter account. Last time I read a Hayter related tweet was when Kojima was tweeting something he ate, and someone commented "How could you do this to David you monster." Let the poor guy eat! :lol

Oh, it's probably a sin to mention David by name. Kojima never does it. Ever.
