I think a lot of MGS fans will be picking this up, and they should since it's the main inspiration for Snake in MGS. Kyle Reese was MG1.

I guess it's all about perspective. I felt like Solid was showing a lot of pain and remorse in the game. I didn't see it as him being cold, but him suffering and struggling to deal with it. Not to mention I think he was a much deeper character than any other in the franchise. He was used, abused, and had his life cut short and never once took the easy road or became selfish. He took the high road, fought the good fight until the end of his life, and always tried to do the right thing.

Im with you on that, although he is a little cold and a bit of an *******, which I love. Solid showed lots if emotion in MGS1.
I prefer him over big boss cause his character is more defined. I love his quips too, reminds me a little of Hugh jackmabs wolverine.

Holy crap that Pliskin figure looks awesome! Although I won't get it in glad the fans finally have a worthy figure! Solid snake next please HTs!

I don't even want to comment on that Kojima interview. The guy has practically thrown Snake under the bus and mishandled the character since MGS 2. The series is screwed up beyond belief.
