I may have done it the hard way, but I think I finally got the color right :rock

Thanks. Yours looks great too. Mine actually looks more like the color in your pics in person. I don't know why it keeps showing up so yellowish in pics. I'll have to try and take a non-flash pic of it sometime. But I'm quite happy with the results.

And for those at home. We now know you can get the pants to orange via two methods:

1) Bleach the pants until they turn orange
2) Use Rit color remover and then dye tangerine orange

Hi all, new member here.

I managed to change the colour of the pants to orange with ordinary household bleach (White King bleach for those in Australia). No dye required. I let the pants sit in the bleach for about 2-3 mins then rinsed with water. Presto! Orange pants. The burnt areas evens stayed black/brown but did fade slightly so I just touched it up with my airbrush.

I just wanted to give a shout to the new guy and his bleach technique. Worked like a charm. Thanks!

I got my Whiplash and bleached the pants already. Now I'm just reforming a toothpick (the one i made earlier got lost :lol) and waiting for the pants to dry (I think I got them the perfect color :yess:). But right out of the box..this figure :rock can't wait to start taking pictures!

Thanks a ton Evil anton. you made this figure 100% better for me.

Man. I guess this really can be done quickly! I am going to try the pants I have and if I screw up then I go find another one online
