It might be a loose connection or a burnt out led. Any chance you can get a replacement, otherwise you might have to take apart some stuff

Yes sir, that is some rotten luck.
You have 3 choices:
1: Return the defective product.
2: Repair the defective product.
3: Accept the circumstances.

It's one set of batteries that powers both lights right? Otherwise I was thinking you should make sure the terminals have good contact on the batteries. And make sure the polarity is correct.
I would think their QC should have caught this.

If I can fix it I will. So i may get on to Hot Toys and see what they say.

The eye lights work fine and I did get new batteries so it must be a blown led as the wires are well secured.

Managed to raise the cash with some ebay sales and have ordered mine this morning.

It's by far the most expensive collectible I've ever bought but I want to try and have a complete lineup of armors from the first IM movie so I now just need a 2.0 of the Mark III to be released.

I've done the same thing. I've sold a lot of my collection (95% just in the closet so no huge loss) to fund more Hot Toy purchases.

Granted Monger is down on my list, but in the past month I've been able to fund...
