Though I am cool with it being a bit undersized, I did want to point out that most of the shots of Obi standing next to the prop don't take into account that he stepped onto a raised platform to become eye level with the arc reactor... Here are some screen shots showing him stepping up onto it before becoming at that level:

So yeah... If Hawkeye (who would seem to be shorter than Obi) is at eye level with the Arc without being on a raised pedestal too, then Monger is a tad scaled down.

Still love it though and can't wait to own him!

Got the measuring tape and set the 17.5" next to my Mark IV and boy ... will this be big! I cannot wait for it. Hands down my most anticipated piece this year (I said before it was the Mark I but I was wrong).

I think there might be a size discrepency with the full size Monger prop and the CGI effects version..happens, mostly dramatic effect to have the CGI bigger and more menacing than the actual suit.
I'm just happy this thing is actually going to happen...

well, hes 1/7th scale compared to the "prop", hes grossly undersized compared to some of the CGI shots, but even in some of the CGI he looks smaller (like when hes hoisting the Audi) so I think the best bet is to shoot for prop size (10ft) and not expect a toy that magically shrinks and grows depending on pose.

There have been many thoughts in this entire thread, but particularly in the last dozen pages or so. It appears to be more like 1/7 scale than 1/6.
