Yeah it's kind of a hard thing to explain. If you have a small screwdriver or wooden tool (which I prefer so I don't cause any damage), you'll find that you can dig that tool into the space around the eyes. And that the eyes are not glued directly into the head, but attached to stalks of some kind. Which then means you can push or angle the eyes to the side a bit.

I would post some pics, but won't be home for a while yet.

The eyes aren't connected?! Ok I have to try this out again.

Yeah, generalgrievous may see Chewy's head a little oversized compared to others' eyes, but he also did probably the BEST custom Chewy head done in the pre-HT days... and quite a few of the Chewies from those days looked pretty, pretty funky. So let's trust him on his refutz - he's just teased out the head fur quite bit is all.

I like how he's been bold enough to close the HT mouth a bit - that derpy HT mouth is one of the issues with the face and closing it a bit helps.

thanks talibane I had an extra sculpt. I hated they way the mouth was opened like that I think that`s what was throwing it off. I think they should went with either closed or roaring face instead of the derpy choice they did

I agree. His custom Chewie head was done with quite detail. I'm, looking forward to seeing his final Chewie tweaks.

I used this sparingly man and it brought the shine back. After that, the afro wax did wonders for hold and manageability. You can still futz the hair for posing.

p.s. You won't ever catch me putting any hair gel on the fur.
