I'm content they just make it in the first place, just ask yourself 20 years ago if you ever thought you could own a near identical movie replica of the villain with life like details? Lol, that's how I see it, especially when all we had at the time were the Kenner toys.

Honestly though with the way toys are evolving I won't be surprised if the definitive edition of the 5.0 of this figure would include a sound box that we could all agree on would be over the top

It's coming with sound... and is there a cut-off point at which we can stop being grateful for anything, no matter what the quality, and feel free to criticise in the expectation that this will result in better quality products?

Over time, it just takes like five different versions to get it right. Right now they are just pushing sales like any toy company. Though with tactics that have worked before; you can start posting photoshopped images on social media on what you guys could want changed and they will listen, it helps if you post it on Hong Kong based websites since the designers frequent them more, but that just depends how far along they are in production.

I really hope they iron the 'ROTS-y-ness' outta this figure - otherwise, my hand will be forced.

I'm still on the interested side of the fence right now, but if no improvements are made, I have to be consistent & put **** on this one too going forward.

Just saw that on.cc pic,
that leather suit use the same material as many hot toys figure such as red skull coat, thor pants, which is prone to flaking

Now I'm really worried because I have Pre-Order this

I'm certainly not an expert and can't pick apart this figure like some can but in my untrained eye, this helmet looks weird, looks too small somehow, if that makes sense.

Just going by pics so far, it isn't a very impressive looking figure.

It's like hearing "Swedish twins" and you imagining this...

True but they got some strong legs so it's not 100% bad. Real tight.Yup.

Watching ANH at the moment and the main thing I have noticed that this figure is weathering. The helmet and breastplate in particular are too clean looking on the figure compared to the film.

On another note, after watching the PT films beforehand, my god the lightsaber skills in ANH are downright awful. Old Obi-Wan wouldn't have lasted 2 seconds against any Jedi we saw in the PT.
