Yep. Except I really can't defend owning a Black Widow to my wife. That's doll territory.
If it wasn't for the hair on female figures they wouldn't be so dollish. They are still action figures though.. :D

I try to think this way, but people still call them dolls. It doesn't bother me. I know they are, but I still love'em. A Louisvillian, huh? I grew up there.
Yeah can't really let it get to us, honestly. Statue collectors will always call them dolls to get at us figure collectors and we'll always say to them we can do any pose with these "dolls" and they can't with their statues & blah blah blah. Then there's the folks that don't understand the hobby that come along and call them dolls. All we can do is ignore it all.

Yeah I was born and raised in the Ville, live just south of there now. That's awesome man. :hi5:

A couple years ago my then 4 year old niece looked around my collectibles room and yells out "You have dollies." Needless to say she was banned from the room forever. :)

I still have no friggin' clue how that is going to transition into mass production. Accurate or not, just from a technical level, if the hair looks that good on the mass produced piece, it will be one of the most impressive releases in 1/6th, period.

I pre-ordered Hank and the Muppet.

But thankfully it looks like the bad images are down to lighting and lens distortion because Chewie's looking a lot better is these shots:
